Cancelation Policy

• When cancelling till two months before the start of the retreat, you will be refunded 50% of the fee fort the retreat.

• Between two months and four weeks 25% of the fee will be refunded.

• A month before the retreat there will be no refund possible.

• In case of negative travel advise from your government for Portugal, you will be fully refunded.

• In case of Force Majeure, Mãe Terra Retreats will be free from the obligation of providing the service contracted. This exclusion will take place for the duration of the Force Majeure. In case of Force Majeure, Mãe Terra Retreats will be excused from returning any amount paid for the services due. In exchange, Mãe Terra Retreats will provide a voucher with the face value of the amount paid, to be used at Mãe Terra Retreats after the end of the Force Majeure. Force Majeure is a common clause in contracts that essentially frees both parties from liability or obligation when an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of the parties. Examples of but not limited to are war, wildfire, earthquake, strike, riot, crime, epidemic or an event described by the legal term act of God.
